Medication packaging — vials, dossetts or blister packs
Not everyone manages their medication the same way, so we don't ask you to. Whether you prefer traditional vials, a dossett box you fill by the week, or sealed and packaged blister packs sorted by day and time — we offer all three.
Blister packs tend to help most when you're managing several medications at once, or looking after someone who is. Each dose is sealed into its own labelled compartment, so it's easy to see at a glance whether a dose has been taken. If you're not sure which option suits you, come in or call and we'll talk it through.
Packed by robot, checked by people
Our blister packs are prepared using a SynMed robotic dispensing system — the kind of automation you'd normally only find in much larger pharmacies. The robot places every tablet into the right compartment for the right day and time, exactly the same way every cycle, and each pack is verified by our team before it leaves the pharmacy.
The result is packaging you can rely on: consistent, clearly labelled, and prepared to the same standard every single month. It's a meaningful safeguard when you're taking several medications a day — and it frees our pharmacists to spend their time with you rather than counting tablets.
Medication management
If you are new to taking medication or supplements — or you're wondering when in the day you should be taking what — our staff can help you sort it out.
We'll go through everything you're taking, explain what each one is for, and help you build a routine that's realistic. If something doesn't look right, or two things may not sit well together, we'd rather catch it here than have you find out later.
Minor ailments — see a pharmacist instead of a doctor
Ontario pharmacists can assess and prescribe for 28 common conditions — a list that expanded on 1 July 2026. That covers things like urinary tract infections, pink eye, cold sores, hay fever, eczema, acid reflux, insect bites and tick bites.
The assessment is free with a valid Ontario health card, there's no referral needed, and if a prescription is appropriate we can fill it before you leave.

MedsCheck — a free medication review
If you take three or more prescription medications for an ongoing condition, you're entitled to a free annual MedsCheck — a scheduled, one-on-one sit-down with a pharmacist to go through everything you take, including vitamins and anything over-the-counter.
It's funded by the Ontario government, so there's no cost to you, and you leave with a printed record of your full medication list. There's also a MedsCheck for Diabetes, which has no three-medication requirement.

Flu shots & vaccinations
We're enrolled in Ontario's publicly funded vaccination programs, so the seasonal flu shot is free and COVID-19 vaccination is available here too — given by our pharmacists, with no doctor's appointment needed.
Vitamins & supplements
Supplements aren't one-size-fits-all, and some interact with prescription medication or work better at particular times of day. We can help you choose what's appropriate and work out the best time to take it, so your supplements support your treatment rather than working against it.
Prescriptions, refills & transfers
We handle new prescriptions, repeat refills, and transfers from another pharmacy. Transferring to us is straightforward — call with your prescription details and the name of your current pharmacy, and we'll arrange the rest for you.

Can you organise my medication into blister packs?
Yes. We offer sealed and packaged medication alongside vials and dossetts. Call us at (519) 738-2400 and we'll set it up.
How are your blister packs prepared?
On a SynMed robotic dispensing system, which places each tablet into the correct day-and-time compartment the same way every cycle. Every pack is then verified by our team before it leaves the pharmacy.
Do you deliver, and is there a charge?
We deliver free of charge throughout Essex County and Windsor. There's no minimum and no fee. See our delivery page for details.
How do I transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy?
Just call us with your prescription details and the name of your current pharmacy. We'll contact them and handle the transfer for you.
Can you help me understand when to take my medication?
